As part of the national environmental initiative “Taza Kazakhstan”, an environmental campaign to install bird feeders was held at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University (EKTU).
Students and staff of the University’s Office of Sustainable Development took part in placing bird feeders across the campus, supporting overwintering birds and contributing to the development of a responsible attitude toward the environment. The university extends special thanks to college students for their assistance in assembling and preparing the feeders, which ensured that the campaign was carried out in an organized and effective manner.
This event became part of EKTU’s systematic efforts to promote environmental culture and a sustainable lifestyle. Such initiatives not only improve the environmental situation but also contribute to environmental education among young people, reminding them of the importance of caring for nature through concrete and kind actions.
D. Serikbayev EKTU will continue to support the “Taza Kazakhstan” initiative by implementing environmental projects aimed at nature conservation and the development of responsible environmental behavior.
