D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University continues its “EKTU Best Employee of the Month” competition, which aims to recognize employees’ professional achievements, encourage initiative, and highlight each staff member’s personal contribution to the University’s development.
Based on the results for June 2026, the Competition Committee awarded the title of “EKTU Best Employee of the Month” to Riza Gabdysalyk, Associate Professor at the International School of Engineering.
The award recognizes her professionalism, initiative, significant contribution to the University’s research and publishing activities, and successful coordination of the preparation and publication of the second issue of the EKTU Journal of Engineering Sciences.
The “EKTU Best Employee of the Month” competition is an important part of the University’s corporate culture. It recognizes outstanding performance, supports effective initiatives, and showcases employees’ professional achievements to the University community. Such recognition promotes the exchange of best practices and helps create an environment where responsibility, competence, and commitment to continuous development are duly appreciated.
The winner will receive a one-time monetary award equal to 50% of her official monthly salary, within the approved payroll budget.
