The "Orhun" Academic Exchange Program is aimed at supporting the academic exchange program of students and faculty based on protocols concluded between higher education institutions that are members of the Union of Turkic Universities of the Turkic Council. The program seeks to enhance academic and cultural cooperation among universities of the Turkic world.
This important step demonstrates the expansion of cooperation in the fields of education and science among Turkic states.
