Admission of documents for enrolling in the D.Serikbayev EKTU Military Department Courses

Admission of documents for enrolling in the D.Serikbayev EKTU Military Department Courses opens 02/01/2026 for the following categories of students:

• first course students (4- and 5-year programs) for the reserve officer training program;
• first course (3-year programs), first and second (4-year programs), first, second and third course students (5-year programs) for the reserve sergeant training program.

List of documents required to participate in the qualification:

1. Letter of admission.     
2. Government-issued ID (original + a copy).
3. Confirmation of military (draft) registration (A full-page screenshot of the corresponding E-Gov page for the citizens of Kazakhstan).
4. 4 3x4 cm (1.1811’’x1.5748’’, passport-sized) photos.
5. Criminal record certificate.
6. Certificate of education bearing the respective names of the university, faculty and specialty, and signed by the dean of that faculty.
7. 2 empty folder files.
