1. Head
- Technical Support Department – 1 position
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education and at least 5 years of work experience in the relevant professional field.
- The working schedule and employment conditions of the Head of the Technical Support and Information Technology Department shall be determined by the Collective Agreement, Internal Labor Regulations, employment contract, and other regulatory acts.
2. Head
- “Smart Engineering” Competence Center – 1 position
Qualification requirements:
- The position of Head of the “Smart Engineering” Competence Center shall be appointed to a person holding a Doctor of Sciences, Candidate of Sciences, or PhD degree, having significant scientific publications or diplomas for discoveries and authorship certificates for inventions, as well as practically implemented results, scientific authority in the relevant field of knowledge, and experience in managing scientific projects and programs.
- The Head of the “Smart Engineering” Competence Center must know:
- scientific problems in the relevant field of knowledge, science and technology, directions of economic sector development, guiding materials of higher and other authorities, domestic and foreign achievements in these areas;
- the latest methods, tools, and practices for planning, organizing, conducting, and implementing scientific research and developments (evaluation, patent and information support, preparation of scientific and technical documentation, etc.);
- forms of economic incentives and material encouragement for employees;
- current legislation;
- organization of production, labor, and management;
- occupational health and safety rules, industrial sanitation, and fire safety regulations;
- business communication ethics;
- the anti-corruption management system, anti-corruption policy, rules for resolving conflicts of interest, and other internal regulatory documents of the university related to anti-corruption activities.
3. Head
- Language Competence Center – 1 position
Qualification requirements:
- Academic degree required;
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in educational organizations or in the relevant specialty;
- Certificate of completion of advanced training courses in educational management. Foreign language proficiency at level A2–B2 or higher.
4. Deputy Dean
- School of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence – 1 position
Qualification requirements:
- Academic degree or PhD degree or Doctor degree in the relevant field. In the absence of an academic degree, at least 7 years of practical experience in the relevant training area, including at least 3 years in a managerial position;
- At least 5 years of scientific and pedagogical experience;
- Foreign language proficiency not lower than B1 level, confirmed by an international certificate in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR);
- Certificate of completion of advanced training courses in educational management. In case one of the conditions is not fulfilled, the decision shall be made by the конкурс commission.
5. Dean of the School
- School of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence – 1 position
Qualification requirements:
- Academic degree or PhD degree or Doctor degree in the relevant field;
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in educational organizations or in the relevant training area;
- Foreign language proficiency not lower than B2 level, confirmed by an international certificate in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR);
- Certificate of completion of advanced training courses in educational management. In case one of the conditions is not fulfilled, the decision shall be made by the competition commission.
