1. The main objective of

1.1 The bids for goods, works and services to ensure that all activities of the University, according to the approved annual plan of government procurement of high school.

1.2 Quality organization and conduct of public procurement in compliance with the requirements of legislation.

2. The main objectives

2.1 procure goods, works and services required for the maintenance of educational process in accordance of the University’s statutory activities, in accordance with the applicable legislation on public procurement, as well as the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2.2 To co-ordinate and implement public procurement process in accordance with the approved annual plan of the university.

3. Basic functions

3.1 Develop, approve the annual plan of government procurement and execution of applications departments and divisions of the university.

3.2 Organization and carrying out one of the ways of public procurement of goods, works and services provided by applicable law.

3.3 Ensuring compliance with industry characteristics procurement of goods, works and services in compliance with the requirements of the legislation.

3.4 Conclusion of public procurement contracts with suppliers, determination of the winner on the basis of public procurement.

3.5 Execution of public procurement contracts.

3.6 Conducting a systematic accounting, storage of documents on the organization and conduct of public procurement.

3.7 Submissions to the higher authorities reports on public procurement.

3.8 Organization of the warehouse inventory.
