Report on the provision of the public service "Acceptance of documents in organizations of higher and postgraduate education" in 2025

The D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University NJSC accepts documents for bachelor's, master's and doctoral studies in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 31, 2018 No. 600 "on approval of the Standard Rules for admission to educational institutions implementing educational programs of higher and postgraduate education" (with amendments and additions)".

Enrollment is carried out in groups of educational programs of higher and postgraduate education, providing for the training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education:

• Higher education (Bachelor's degree) – from June 20 to August 25 of the calendar year on the basis of general secondary education, technical and vocational education, post-secondary and higher education;
• Postgraduate education program (Master's degree) - from August 15 to August 28 on the basis of higher education;
• Doctoral studies – from August 15 to 28 on the basis of the scientific and pedagogical direction of the master's degree.

In 2025, the "D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University" NJSC provided services for accepting documents for enrollment: 1,829 people for bachelor's degree, 267 people for master's degree, 57 people for doctoral studies.
