Human Resources department: is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education", the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan orders, other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Human resources department consists of:
- Rodionova Nina Timofeyevna - inspector, working with the serving staff;
- Lykassova Tatyana Anatolyevna - inspector, working with the teaching staff
- Shabalina Natalya Alekseyevna - specialist working with the students and staff on the military registration, responsible for keeping account of reserve conscripts and persons of military age;
- Kurmangalieva Gulnyr Toleu - specialist, working with the staff on scientific topics and invited foreign lecturers, as well as translator of personnel documentation into state language.
One of the main tasks of the Department is a documentary maintenance of management personnel, which is divided into two interrelated parts. This is the document of management, exactly the process of personnel documents creation, relating to the human problems solution and organization of work with personnel documents.
The most important tasks, which are performed by the human resources department:
- employment contracts negotiation and employment execution;
- registration of working conditions changes;
- documentary execution of employees vacation;
- documentary execution of incentives for workers;
- processing disciplinary sanctions of employees;
- registration of personal training;
- registration of business trips;
- registration of dismissal.
Today the staff of the Department is entrusted with important tasks for solution of which should have the highest professional skills, to be constantly aware of all changes in the legislation, to have knowledge in modern information technologies. Therefore, the work of the Department is constantly improved on the basis of new technologies of work with documents implementation
