Project abstract: research within the Rudny Altai is relevant to this day. It is repeatedly mentioned in many works that this is a unique natural source of large and medium-sized pyrite-polymetallic deposits. The known deposits, ore occurrences and mineralization zones of the Rudny Altai are located very unevenly in space. The patterns of placement of increased ore content have been studied for a long time, and statistical methods of their research make it possible to identify ore zones in space with greater accuracy. There is a need to restore and replenish the country's mineral resource base. According to the annual reports on deposits, ore reserves are being depleted, but at the same time unexplored areas remain, enclosed at depth or located away from the main ore accumulation, with possibly promising concentrations of useful components. However, these works require certain investments, and there will be no profit without the corresponding costs. Looking into the near future, it is necessary to have a positive understanding of the prerequisites for capacity building of all industrial types.

Purpose: sampling for analyses to clarify the mineral composition, as well as the quantitative ratio of useful components, determination of the statistical dependence of elements (Cu, Pb, Zn), identification and modeling of industrially significant sites.

Expected and achieved results of the project: the research will lead to positive consequences for the restoration of mineral and raw material reserves in the region. Replenishment of reserves will lead to an improvement in the socio-economic situation in the field of ore mining, making it attractive for investment, stimulating production opportunities and promoting employment.
