Building a career can begin as early as the first year of university!
On November 3, East Kazakhstan Technical University named after D. Serikbayev hosted a presentation of Kazzinc's K’ADAM programme as part of EKTU EduWeek – 2026 Academic Week.
The event brought together first-year students, who learned about the programme's opportunities and prospects for professional development.
During the presentation, students were also informed about the programme’s main eligibility requirements. Applicants must have a GPA above 2.6, while those interested in international internships are required to have at least a B1 level of English proficiency.
Selection for the K’ADAM programme begins in the second year of study. This gives first-year students time to consider participating, assess their opportunities, and prepare to meet the necessary requirements.
Such events help strengthen cooperation between the university and employers while encouraging students to explore opportunities for professional growth from the beginning of their studies.
