  • Attracting Partners: Active work is being carried out to conclude new dual training agreements.
  • Updating educational content: Regular updates of curricula and work programs are made to meet the current requirements of employers, and flexible modular programs are developed.
  • Mentor Support: To improve the quality of practical training for students, information and consulting support for mentors from enterprises has been organized. As part of this work, the principles of the dual model are explained and classes on the basics of pedagogy are conducted.
  • One-stop shop: For the convenience of our partners, the university has appointed a responsible coordinator who acts as a one-stop shop for all dual training issues.
This approach allows graduates to acquire not only knowledge, but also real competencies that are in demand in the labor market, while enterprises can prepare future specialists for specific production tasks.
