- The purpose of the discipline "Professional scientific communication in a foreign language" is to develop students' skills of effective use of a foreign language in the professional and scientific field, including the ability to analyze, interpret and present information in the field of cost estimation and investment analysis of construction projects, as well as the development of competencies in the field of business and academic communication for successful professional activity in the international the environment.

- Objectives of the discipline "Professional scientific communication in a foreign language": Formation of skills in reading and understanding professional literature in a foreign language in the field of cost estimation and investment analysis of construction projects. Development of oral and written communication skills for conducting business and scientific correspondence. Mastering specialized terminology in the field of construction, cost estimation and investment analysis. Formation of skills in preparation and presentation of scientific and professional materials (reports, articles, reports) in a foreign language. Development of skills of participation in professional discussions, negotiations and scientific conferences.
