Scientific internships are an integral part of the doctoral program at D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University and are conducted in accordance with state educational standards. Within the framework of the program, doctoral students participate in internships at foreign universities, leading research centers, and partner universities. These internships enhance academic mobility, foster international collaboration, and contribute directly to the preparation and advancement of dissertation research. The knowledge and experience gained are actively applied in ongoing research projects and dissertation work.

Scientific internship is part of the educational program of doctoral studies provided for by state standards.

The purpose of the compulsory internship, for which it is conducted:

  • deepening the topic of dissertation research;
  • mastering modern research methods and technologies;
  • work with foreign scientific supervisors;
  • publications in international journals;
  • integration into the global scientific community.

Within the framework of the program, 29 doctoral students were trained and trained in research work:

  • in foreign universities and research centers;
  • in leading research organizations;
  • based on partner universities.

The internship is aimed at deepening dissertation research, mastering modern methods of scientific work, developing international cooperation and increasing academic mobility of doctoral students.

The results of the internship were introduced into research activities and used in the preparation of dissertation papers.
