Scientific activity

Research activities are developing in priority areas:

•  “Rational nature management, deep processing of natural resources and environmental safety”;
• “Mechanical engineering, instrumentation and automation of technological processes"”;
•  “Nanotechnologies and new materials”;
• “Alternative energy”;
• “Information and communication technologies”;
• “Architecture and new construction technologies”.

The results of scientific activities are reflected in projects and programs funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The training of PhD doctors is also an indicator of scientific activity. In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Licensing" EKSTU named after D.Serikbayev has a state license No. 12016669 from 02.11.2012 for training activities issued by the Education and Science Control Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 7 specialties of doctoral studies Application license No. 001 dated 02.11.2012, No. 003 of 02.11.2012).
