The educational program 7M04113 "Cost estimation and investment analysis of construction projects" is designed to train undergraduates with in-depth knowledge and professional competencies in the field of construction economics, cost estimation and investment analysis. The program is aimed at developing the analytical, managerial and research skills necessary for the effective implementation of construction and investment projects.
As part of their studies, undergraduates study modern methods of forming and analyzing estimates, economic assessment and financial modeling of investment projects, construction cost management, risk analysis and the effectiveness of investment decisions. Special attention is paid to the application of modern digital technologies and software products used in the field of construction and project management.
The program combines theoretical training with practice-oriented training, including research, analysis of real investment and construction projects, and professional internship.
