The Disciplinary Commission considers cases of violations of labour regulations, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal rules of the university committed by employees, including:
- corruption offences (with the participation of law enforcement agencies)
- violations of the Corporate Code of Ethics and the Corporate Governance Code
- systematic tardiness or absences from work or classes by faculty members without valid reasons
- disciplinary offences requiring the application of disciplinary measures, etc.
