The pro-rector on system of quality management

Tomilin Alexander Konstantinovich

Tomilin A.K. was born in 1955 , since 2001 he has working in EKSTU . In the course of four years he managed the department « Mechanics and engineering science». And as well as since December, 2004 supervised over the Department of quality management of EKSTU . In February, 2006 he has been appointed the pro-rector on system of quality management.

In 1977 has ended Ust-Kamenogorsk pedagogical institute on a speciality of "Physicist". With 1982 on 1984 was trained in postgraduate study at the Kazakh state university. In 1985 he has protected the Ph.D. thesis.

Worked in the Almaty higher general command school named by Konev I.S. (1984-1986), at the Kazakh state university (1986-1993), at the East Kazakhstan state university (1993-2001).

In 2002 he has protected the thesis for a doctor's degree in dissertational council of the St.-Petersburg state university. Supports scientific communications with scientists from St.-Petersburg, Nizhni Novgorod, Minsk, Barnaul, Tomsk, Almaty, Karaganda.

Has published more than 100 scientific and scientifically-methodical works, including the monography « Fluctuations of electromechanical systems with the distributed parameters ». He has prepared two candidates of sciences and more than ten masters.

In 2005 have awarded with a breastplate «Honourable worker of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan».
