Dear students, teachers and staff members!

This year we celebrate the 60th anniversary of our University, which has passed a graceful path in becoming the best technical university in the country.

For these six decades the University has become a center for the training of highly skilled specialists in mining and metallurgy, engineering, architecture, construction, economics and information and communication fields.

Ust-Kamenogorsk Institute of Road Construction-VKTU-EKSTU has truly become an ‘alma mater’ for tens of thousands of true professionals and upstanding persons of our country.

Today, the University is actively involved in the implementation of the momentous state programs for the modernization of 3.0, SPIID, the digitization of economic sectors and carries out scientific and technical projects of international level jointly with the largest enterprises of the region.

We are oriented towards the future, relying on our traditions, effectively applying innovations and believing in the success of our University.

On behalf of the University’s management and of my own, I cordially congratulate you on the 60th anniversary of D. Serikbaev EKSTU!
