A personal coat of arms as a graphic image reflects each of us as a personality in details. How can one make slides, videos, handouts, and the presenter himself to work efficiently? What makes our ideas and concepts most understandable for the audience? How can we learn to speak the language of the audience?

The whole concept can be formulated in the famous formula of the ancient Greek wise man Skileph: "Success is the product of interesting thoughts and their ability to convey them. "Everything should be stated as simple as possible, but not too simple ..." This phrase was stated by a brilliant and sincere Albert Einstein.

Our presentation achieves a success when we are able to:

  • generate headlines that hit right on target";
  • control the location of text, drawings, photos, graphs, charts;
  • observe the rules of "visual hygiene" (templates, color schemes);
  • comply with the principles of the composition of the slide to manage them more effectively...

Svetlana Kaplina, as a special negotiator and business communications expert, a leading licensee of University of rhetoric and oratory (Moscow), lectured theory and practice classes in:

  • key criteria for creating text slides;
  • ways to display digital data (tables, pie charts, histograms, bar charts, graphs),
  • using mind maps to visualize the structure of presentation;
  • visual hygiene: basic rules and taboos (colors, fonts, labeling, etc.).
  • the principles of readability, unity, contrast, sufficiency ... and many other things that can be useful in practice.

All the participants of the training got the certificates as a training result.
