Project Overview

Edu-Fusion Network for Sustainable Growth is a comprehensive initiative aimed at transforming higher education in Kazakhstan. The project focuses on aligning educational outcomes with labor market demands while promoting sustainable economic growth and job creation. It seeks to establish a collaborative ecosystem that strengthens ties between academia and industry, fosters educator development through accredited certification, and delivers market-relevant online courses to empower entrepreneurship and workforce readiness at the national level.

Project Objectives
  • Align higher education outcomes with evolving labor market requirements
  • Facilitate sustainable economic growth through entrepreneurship development
  • Establish robust academia-industry partnerships
  • Provide international-level training and certification for educators
  • Offer online courses in key sectors such as STEAM and entrepreneurship to enhance employability and innovation
Expected Results
  1. Academia-Industry Collaboration Portal (AICP)
    A digital platform fostering active collaboration between universities and the private sector. The portal will enable joint research, internships, and projects, supporting the development of essential entrepreneurial and value-chain skills.
  2. Teacher Development and Support System (TDSS)
    An internationally accredited professional development framework for educators. TDSS will focus on modern teaching methods, inclusive pedagogy, and skills upgrading to close educational gaps.
  3. Virtual STEAM & Entrepreneurship Academy (VSEA)
    An online academy offering high-quality, accredited courses in STEAM and entrepreneurship. The curriculum will prioritize gender inclusiveness and climate-neutral innovation, ensuring strong alignment with current and future market demands.
