University archive is the primary custodian of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Building and Road Construction Institute historical documentary memory, where documents of the national archival fund № 686, documents of social and legal nature (orders to the personnel staff, students, personal accounts, examination records, personal records of students and staff) are stored.

Archive consists of:

1. Head of the archive – Rastchupkina Natalya Nikolayevna.

The main tasks of the archive are:

• acquisition of the archive with documents, that are mentioned  in the regulation of the archive;
• preservation, recording, quality processing, selection and use of documents stored in the archive, as well as preparing and sending documents to state custody, in accordance with the requirements established by the State Archive;
• implementation of methodical management of the organization and inspection of the document management of the university, as well as archive keeping.
