"The main business of the university is training a good staff"
Training in the specialty 5В050600 "Economics" and 6M050600 "Economics" is carried out using the credit technology of training. Educational process to provide highly qualified faculty in the number of 13 full-time teachers, 7 of whom have a Ph.D. Methodical providing of educational process on disciplines of the department as a whole meets modern requirements and allows to train specialists at a sufficiently high level, in accordance with the standards. When implementing educational programs, the teachers of the department apply new methods of teaching, computer, interdisciplinary, problem-oriented and project-oriented technologies. The introduction of new methods and principles of teaching is manifested in the use of active forms of conducting classes. Classroom classes are conducted with the help of multimedia equipment, practical classes on drawing up estimates are conducted using the SANA program, information analysis is conducted using the SPSS Statistics program, calculations for evaluating the attractiveness of investment projects are carried out using the Microsoft Project. To ensure the practical orientation of the educational process, specialists with practical experience are involved (part-time workers). There are 2 branches: LLP «BIPEK AVTO KAZAKSTAN» и LLP « Bread factory KARAVAI».
In the group of 15-BEc-1p, a trilingual program is implemented (50% in the language of instruction, 30% in English, 20% in the second language (Kazakh/Russian).
The program of academic mobility of students is being implemented:
- in the 2016-2017 academic year, the 2nd course student Yermukhambetova A.E. studied at the Lublin Technical University (Poland, Lublin);
- 4-year course students Aytanov A.A., Nukusheva A.A. Tretyakova O.I. began their studying at Varna Management University (Bulgaria, Dobrich) from October 2017 till January 2018.
Training of students of the working profession "Technic-estimator" was organized. At the beginning of the 2017-2018 academic year, 30 students were trained and received certificates for the relevant specialty.
The tasks of development of educational and methodical activity of sub-department:
- increasing the responsibility of each academic staff for the quality of the work performed;
- provision of educational and methodological services at a highly professional level, the desire to achieve the best results achieved in this direction in the world practice;
- academic staff training;
- implementation of fruitful cooperation with enterprises of various industries for the most effective improvement of the activities of the faculty;
- formation and actualization of the fund of normative legal documentation.
