Quality assessment and development of educational technology Center is a structural subdivision of D. Serikbaev EKSTU, the Center is a part of Strategy development and monitoring Department.

The main aim of the Centre is the monitoring of University external quality assessment activities, the planning and coordinating of University entering to the TOP of national and international rankings, international accreditation of the Study Program, the implementation of the trilingualism program.

The main activities are:

• Analysis and planning of the University entering process to the TOP of national and international rankings;
• Organizational work of University participation in national and international rankings;
• Organizational, informational, methodological support of the University accreditation and separate educational programs;
• Organization and counselling of subdivisions and departments for accreditation, participation in the rankings;
• Keep in touch with local and international agencies of  accreditation and ranking;
• Quality monitoring of the language training at D. Serikbayev EKSTU.
